Synopsis

A group of survivors of the rabies virus live on a small island. When one of the group members leaves the island to go on a mission to the mainland, he discovers secrets, wonders and horrors that have mutated not only the infected, but other survivors as well. The trailer includes iconic footage of Rudyard Kipling’s poem “Boots”, read by actor Taylor Holmes in 1915. The repetitive rhythm of the poem represents the march of British soldiers during the Boer War, and this recording of the poem is used by the American military to simulate the psychological suffering of being held captive.
