Synopsis

Two teenagers from very different backgrounds in London head north together. As they begin to open up about their pasts, the boys learn that they have much more in common than they first thought. My first review! I watched this last night and all I knew was that it was about two teenagers traveling up north in the UK. I wasn’t sure how I felt after the first 10 minutes, but I stuck with it and I’m very glad I did. The acting of both boys was very impressive. Some of the scenes were quite emotional and I found myself invested in the story. The road they take north is the A1, a great road that I think the film did a decent job of highlighting. I always choose it over the M1. Some of the shots in this movie are beautiful, someone has a good eye. It does a wonderful job of showcasing the English countryside. It reminded me of myself as a teenager and the different people we met. It might not be for everyone, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and think it’s worth a watch. B.
