Evan Peters has seriously outdone himself here
His acting was second to none and his portrayal of dahmer, from his clothes to his expressions, everything was perfect, everything perfect, down to the last minute details. And besides him, the acting of the other cast members (his father, mother, grandmother, Glenda Cleveland and the victims) were excellent. The cinematography and music were also impressive.
Overall, though, it’s a must watch
The script and script were also decent, especially the fact that they didn’t take many creative liberties, and as a result, the story came closer to the actual events. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the length. The pacing was a bit slow, especially in the last few episodes, and I feel like the series could have easily been packed into 8 episodes instead of 10.
Especially for those interested in the crime thriller genre
It’s a realistic look at one of the most notorious serial killers in our history, without romanticizing him and actually challenging those who are inclined to do so. And that’s the thing that makes watching a bit unique and interesting.
